    The company admitted a data breach for one of the merchants they do business. The merchant included this company, freestylesolutions.com info for customers to contact. But when I used the info to notify them I had an actual attempt, the phone personnel said they had been "overrun" and that they were not set up for any calls, and for me to "call the identity theft enrollment" place - a third party also listed in the merchant info, but that third company doesn't do anything as far as they data itself. My issues: I had a report of an actual attempt of the card they identified WAS stolen, documented as fraud, and yet Free Styles has nothing set up to take the info. They offered an email too - but why would I email a place I had no idea if they will respond, much less how they will treat my sensitive data. That's like entrusting your jewelry a second time to the hotel who forgot to lock the safe for you. They are not making themselves accountable. The attempt, which my bank luckily stopped, was over $200 - which for many people these days is a huge problem if their bank doesn't stop it as fraud. There's no where to report this in data breaches. They claim no attempts were made - but of course none were made because there's no one to receive the info!! If an IT company can't keep websites up to date, encypted (which they said they failed to do), they should be held accountable more than a slap on the wrist. I'm a retired 20 yr IT Admin for large energy and regulatory sectors, and I've designed and tested my share of very large high impact websites enrusted to handle customer data - it's vital end to end. There was no excuse for this breach. I'm writing this review to let future merchants know this company does not take data security serious in real life.
