      Savvas publishes and maintains a software called Successmaker to support students learning to read. It is intended to be used to support student reading ********* this point, Successmaker has been utterly unsuccessful. It has been a nightmare every step of the way. From implementation, to student access, and with the actual content of Successmaker. We were gotcha'd by their student access as they expect students to only access Success maker through a ***. We got through that with a band aid solution. Once student were able to access success maker, things worked OK for a time. At present, many of our students are stuck in loops where the same set of ****** or questions repeat over and over. This has been happening for weeks now.I attempted to make a ticket. However, I was screened off into a defective support platform. The above issues combined with being unable to contact anyone at Savvas lead me to make this complaint. I do not recommend Successmaker. Our school district will not be using it after this year. It was one waste and frustration after another.

      Hello, I am sorry about the issue.   Successmaker is an online platform created by Savvas Learning Company.   We have reached out to Savvas and they were able to assist the customer on January 24, 2025.  If there are still issues please let us know.  Thank you

      Ordered books on 10/09/23 paid by credit card when I got the books they were not all the right books so closed box back up and connected savvas about returning them they sent me a return info packet. They said 6-8 weeks to get a refund have tried many times to contact
