very bad company i did an order in wich i paid the first order in full then because i hadnt ordered in months then when i went back and tried to do another order they then tell me that i have to pay upfront to order from them again what!! and customer service is very poor you keep getting someone names **** with a fake picture on the website just very weird i will never open another net 30 with them again because i did nothing wrong accept waste my time do not order from this company the shipping takes forever the staff is not good and never a supervisor around please find a better company

The customer, whose business holds a ***** terms business account with us, resumed activity after six months by placing an order. Our policy involves a biannual review of accounts, which includes credit assessments. The recent review led our credit team to flag the transaction as high-risk; reasons are not disclosed in this dispute for privacy, but were available to the customer upon request. We examined her business credit and observed some unpaid accounts, but also recognized her record of a previous on-time payment to us. In a gesture of good faith, we proposed a special concession: after settling the current purchase as a regular transaction, we would not consider the negative credit report for subsequent Net30 transactions. Customer can then keep ordering under ***** terms as usual. We aim to accommodate our customers sometimes beyond what financial reports may suggest. Proposal email was followed by customer's dissatisfaction expressed via email, she declined our proposal. and made request to close the account.We wish to add that orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 12pm and insinuations "shipping takes forever" made in this dispute are simply false. Records show that her order was made at 1:03pm and was shipped the following day. Additionally, we must insist that disrespectful behavior, such as mocking our representatives' names or images over the phone and chat, is strictly unacceptable.
