On 7/29/24 I entered the store of Once upon a child to bring some items to sell. I have never been to this location, there I was unaware of their rules. Their rule is that you must make an appointment. There were 3 ladies in the store behind the desk. For identification purposes, I will refer to them by their appearances. There was a blond hair (Caucasian) lady who assisted me. She informed me that the next appointment available for today was at 4:15p. I was unable to take that appointment so I asked what about tomorrow. She said I would need to book online for tomorrow. I began to look up the site to book. In that second the black hair (Hispanic) lady was answering the telephone she became agitated with the customer over the phone as she continued having to explain herself. She was visibly upset because she kept slapping her hand on her thigh with an attitude. I continued to attempt to book my appointment. However, I noticed that it said they were booked for the month of July. The calendar for ****** was not available. So I asked the Caucasian sales ***resentative for clarity as this week would begin the month of ******. The Hispanic girl immediately jumps in and began to speak extremely aggressively towards me. I informed her that I was speaking to her coworker and not her. She ***lied well maybe you need to take the EarPod out your ear so you can hear better. She proceeded to be extremely rude and inappropriate. She called me girl more than once. When I asked her for her name she told me that she didnt have to give me and then proceeded to ask me for my name. I told her that she need to calm down because Im not speaking to her. Then another Hispanic coworker jumped into the conversation telling me that I needed to leave. The Caucasian sales *** was trying. To tell her coworkers to stop yet they continued. In the end I thanked the sales *** handling me for her time and trying to clearly explain the scheduling to me. Those two other ladies should be removed.
