      I completed my Bachelors degree in *********************** at Berkeley College in December 2024. I understand that it typically takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive the diploma; however, as of February 20, 2025, I have not received any updates regarding its status.Upon reaching out to the college, I was informed that my diploma is on hold due to an alleged incomplete financial literacy requirement. However, I successfully fulfilled this requirement in December 2024, prior to completing my degree. I was advised that ***** is responsible for this matter, and I was provided with the contact number *************). Despite multiple attempts to contact her and leaving messages, I have not received any response.I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and the lack of communication from Berkeley College. I would appreciate immediate clarification on this matter and a resolution as soon as possible.I sincerely hope you can help Berkeley College and I resolve this issue promptly.       Thank you for reaching out regarding **************** concern. We would like to clarify the timeline of events related to her diploma status. Ms. ***** contacted the ***************** on February 21, 2025, at 10:46 AM. A Registrar Associate responded promptly at 10:55 AM, informing her of a Financial Literacy block and copying the ***************** Literacy (SFL) department for resolution. Ms. ***** later responded without copying SFL, stating she had completed the requirement in December 2024. The Registrar Associate remained in communication with her throughout the day as she sought immediate clearance. On Monday, February 24, 2025, at 9:56 AM, the Financial Literacy Team confirmed that Ms. ***** was cleared. The Registrar Associate then informed Ms. ***** at 12:55 PM that her diploma would be processed and received within 4-6 weeks. Her diploma was officially ordered on February 27, 2025, and was scheduled to ship on March 14, 2025. We appreciate Ms. *****s patience throughout this process and regret any frustration caused. Please let us know if further clarification is needed.
