    Around 11 am, I placed a cookie order for a three pack at crumble in Paramus New Jersey. I selected 6:40 for pickup. I expected my order to be packed and ready. When I arrived at the location I gave my name and a few minutes later somebody came over and told me they were out of the Oreo cookie and asked about a substitution. I said another chocolate chip. Then another person came out and told me they were out of pumpkin. I said that's completely unacceptable. They went and got a third person who then came out and he again apologized and asked what I wanted to do with my order. He offered me a chocolate chip cookie as an apology. I want the three pack of Oreo, pumpkin and chocolate chip cookies that I ordered. I would like it ready when I get there if it's an order ahead item. I don't understand why it was never packed after I placed the order and they allowed it to run out of stock. Please assist me with getting a pickup scheduled of my order.
