    Incorrectly purchased and installed a complete Bosch HVAC system (Furnace/AC) 2 years ago and never was able to get it working properly. Later found out from a second HVAC company that the contractor never registered equipment or logged with ************* and supposed fixes from over 4 separate service visits to remedy issues. A/C never worked correctly - compressor incorrect/not configured/programmed correctly, coil undersized, not wired correctly. Heat pump never installed. Incorrect blower unit installed. Licensed HVAC contractor/person never came on service calls and sent an unlicensed tech. Tech later said he was terminated and calls/communication to the company were not returned. Supposedly owner died and company closed, but no record could be found to confirm. ***** had no record of equipment and a complaint was logged with them over the equipment and contractor services. We also had a 5 year service/parts contract which is now in question. Bamboozled because we did our research prior to install on system and contractors. Should get a full refund for replacement of defective equipment possibly damaged from Myers' install, labor to replace, and valuable time lost including increase to our energy bills/usage that was promised/expected from energy efficient system. Formal complaints will also be logged with ** consumer affairs and possible legal action is also being considered. Can provide signed contracts of equipment/services offered (~10k) if necessary. ***** can also provide a record of the service from second HVAC company and lack of service/record from Myers.
