When I began having problems with my computer, after an unsatisfying experience with a national computer repair service, who failed to correctly diagnose and fix my problems, I put the word out looking for a computer guru. Fortunately, someone in my circle knew of Cortland Computer Services in ********* and provided a recommendation. Im glad they did.Working directly with the company owner over the course of several sessions (necessitated not by anything at Cortlands end, but by an ISPs unnecessary insistence that the consultant and I had to be physically in the same location before providing needed information to quickly resolve the problems remotely), I was back up and running.From the outset, Cortland treated me as a valued new client. Cortlands president took the time to understand my problems and immediately knew what the correct course of action was. My experience confirmed that Cortland was a highly professional organization, capable of managing problems from those that might befall an individual user to those impacting a sophisticated, complex network. If looking for a computer guru, one needs to look no further than Cortland Computer Services.****************************
