      I've been a customer for 10 years at the ********************** in ******** **. I've never complained except when the photos were poorly taken during COVID. This year, they only staffed 1 person and Santa during opening weekend. Though the photographer was kind, she was greeting guests, taking photos, checking people out and doing it ALL. They did not have anyone help her. Because of this, she did not give us package options and we were not able to review or request new photos to be taken. I contacted support and they said there was nothing they could or WOULD do about my dissatisfaction and won't even grant me a partial refund. They will never get our business again. They overwork their employees and are disgusting to their customers.

      I made and paid for a reservation for 2:00pm and the Easter Bunny didnt show up until 2:20pm. There was no organization what so ever. No accommodations or apologies for being late. There was only one person taking the pictures, printing and everything else. He was rude. The Easter Bunny walked up like he was high on drugs. They accepted walk *** before reservations. When asked for a refund, i was told they could only refund the processing fee which was only $4.95. Never mind the $50 i spent on some lousy pictures that i still had to get edited anyways. The pictures were horrible, all they do is throw a few backgrounds and frames on the photos to make it look nice but they turn out looking crappy. Looks like something i couldve printed myself. Sad thing is we were out of town. We dont even live where we took the pictures so we kind of have to blame everyone at fault since theres been no resolution on our full and complete refund. So shame on *******, the *************** in ******, Where is Bunny, Cherry **** Programs and anyone else affiliated with this scam of a company. They really dont even deserve one star.

      Took my daughter to get a picture with Santa. The staff was rude and the Santa didnt even smile at my daughter. Then get in line to get a picture only to find out that the cheapest option is $35. Would have been nice to have had there prices posted on a sign so I didnt wait it line only to not get a picture. While I could have afforded it, a lot of families cant spend that kind of money especially at Christmas. What happened to offering a single picture for $10-15. Horrible business that takes advantage of children and their families.

      The staff is under trained and lack professionalism. The service rendered was not delivered to us. In this case it's supposedly digital copies of pictures. Upon asking by email because they are not providing a customer service phone number, they informed that they deleted the pictures and they are not issuing refunds. On the day these pictures were taken, they said that we cannot review them and see them, only the staff are allowed to choose and print them out.If I can give zero stars I will. This company does not meet customer satisfaction at all.
