    TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE'S ZERO REASON TO HAVE SUCH A CONDECENDING ATTITIDE. I WAS ASKING SIMPLE BASIC QUESTIONS AND THE BLONDE LADY WITH CURLY HAIR KEPT ROLLING HER EYES, WASNT HELPFUL AT ALL, AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO PLEASE STOP WITH THE ATTITUDE SHE THEN CHOSE TO IGNORE ME. I WISH I COULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS, BUT I DON'T THINK THE ***** BEHIND THE **** IS PROPERLY TRAINED. I ALSO SUSPECT THERE'S SOME RACISM GOING ON HERE. I LOOK VERY HISPANIC, AND I READ OTHER REVIEWS ON ****** THAT THE SAME LADY WAS RUDE AND MEAN TO A MAN WHO SPOKE BROKEN ENGLISH. MY ENGLISH IS EXCELLENT, BUT I DO LOOK VERY SPANISH. I APPRAOCHED HER WITH A SMILE AND I WAS GREETED WITH A SOUR FACE AND ATTITUDE FOR NOTHING. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS RACIST EMPLOYEE, ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. AT THE END OF THE **** IM A MARINE VETEREN, AND I FOUGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY DURING AFGHANISTAN. RACISM AT ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.     If this is the correct issue, the person had a TikTok return, which a QR code is required. My associate explained that to her and entertained her with plugging in numbers to our system, that did not spit out a return label since that is NOT the fashion in which we can process returns, a QR code is necessary. The Associate does also have Disabled Veteran Son, whom worked for us as well, and is also first-generation US Citizen. To claim racism is a bit of a reach and totally unacceptable that you jump to that- sorry you felt that way but no one on our staff is racist. If you'd like to speak with the owner directly, you can always call and ask for ****.
