      BUYER BEWARE! We are a classic car restoration shop, and work with many different companies across the ***. RadiatorExpress has been by far the worst! Here's the facts to hopefully prevent it happening to others. On 5/28/24, we ordered a custom-built radiator on their website, all aluminum, with an additional transmission cooler. We chose RadiatorExpress because they claim to make any custom radiator. Which we needed for an Studebaker. We paid $1098.76, with shipping. ******* emailed us on 5/31 with the specs and asked us to confirm the build, stating it would take 4-6 weeks. After some back and forth from 6/3-6/6, it was determined the size he sent us was not correct. 6/10 ******* emailed asked us to send him our old radiator, We'll get a new drawing made up from spec on the old unit so we can build fresh for you and i know we are "adding transmission" and this will be noted and billed later. It was delivered to them on 6/13/24. Long story, but after numerous attempts for information, and some back and forth, and issues with false shipping times, on Monday, 8/12/24 we received a radiator. It was not the custom-built aluminum with an additional transmission cooler we paid $1098.72 for. After waiting 8-1/2 weeks, what we got back was just our old radiator with a re-core which they didnt even do, they sent it to *** in *******! And, no added trans cooler! It's also worth noting that the only person you will ever be able to communicate with is *******. Do your research on their reviews on many different platforms.
