  I worked with *************************** from Excel Pools with my new liner and cover for my pool, I picked my choices and the liner and cover was ordered. Simple enough. The day came for the liner to be installed, all went smoothly, except for one thing after it was up it started sagging a little, then over the phone I met TJ, I complained about the liner sagging, ** told me there is a trim that would go on top of the liner to hold the liner in place, I wish that was told to me at the get go. The trim was installed and problem solved. I love the liner I picked and all is well. For the cover Excel Pools sent me Triple I pools, they did a wonderful job closing my pool. They explained everything to my husband. from the chemicals they put in the pool to the grommets needed to attach the cover. Excellent Job by all, very happy with my experience with Excel Pool

  BUYER BEWAREIf you purchase a pool liner from them, make sure you have a professional pool company service and document your pool chemicals because if you have a problem, they will tell you its your fault and void the warranty as the excuse. Excel was hired through Pool Town and installed a new liner in my pool of May 2020. I ordered a 28 ML liner supplied by Dover Vinyl in **********, **. Excel closed my pool both seasons. Upon opening my pool this season (2022) there was a white line going across the whole right side of my pool but was not on the left side where the sun didnt hit and in some other areas where the sun did not hit. I called Excel to report the problem and they said they filed a claim with the pool liner manufacturer. When weeks went by, I called ***** from Excel again and he told me that I should contact the manufacturer directly to speed things up. He gave me the number of Dover and I spoke to some arrogant, condescending person who of course was trying to blame me for a chemical imbalance and said the warranty does not cover fading. He also told me that without a record from pool service/store that guarantees the water was properly balanced, this was not covered. I had my old liner for 9 years before it faded and after having a pool for 17 years, never had an issue with fading in one area. My pool chemicals are always spot on and Excel put the chemicals in at closing so there were no other chemicals in the pool over the winter. The day they closed it the liner was perfect. If this was from chemicals, my whole liner would be affected. Excel then even tried to blame my robotic cleaner for the fading. This is a horrible company, Dover Vinyl is horrible and Pool Town/Excel treating customers this way is a disgrace. I would not ever use Pool Town/Excel and beware of any DOVER VINLY product. A $4K liner should not fade after 2 seasons. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
