This company has been stealing from me for the last six months. Their app is completely unusable. and for some reason you need to take college courses on how to use their unusable app. Ive been calling and emailing for months trying to get them to stop stealing from me back in February. They told me they would stop stealing from me, they are still stealing from me their thieves they offered no service and keep charging you every month. I tried their app its useless. I tried telling them their app is useless. Thats when they sprung it on me that I have to take a college course in order for it to work and save the locations. I work 13 hours a day six days a week I dont have time to take a college course on how to use a navigation app. Ive begged these people to stop stealing my money they refuse. Please dont get scammed by these guys.WorkWave, LLC

We have had a really disappointing experience with Workwave and their SA5 system. The technical support will threaten billable hours for helping you work through challenges with your software. The onboarding process was long and wasn't to our satisfaction. We tried to make it work for over a year but it just felt like given the other software out there this just isn't competitive anymore given the level of service by competitors and the ease of onboarding. My new account *** only reached out when I said we were going to cancel based on the behavior and threatening language that their service tech's provided. We have come to find out that your need to submit your plans to cancel 45 days in advance to the commitment we made. Just feels frustrating and we are very disappointed with how our experience went. I would suggest using other platforms. The contract that you sign has a hyperlink to a very long contract. The sales *** did not let us know of the 45 day cancellation period when we signed up. They just were not up front about the contract when we started.WorkWave, LLC

Terrible company. They never answer the phone and it takes them five days for a call back. When they call you back they use a type of slybroadcast which they can leave a voicemail without your phone ringing, and when you call them back, you guessed it they dont answer and you have to leave a message. I would give ZERO STARS if possible. AVOID this company and any of their associated company since they have bought out many companies.WorkWave, LLC

This company is a scam. They promise you the best operational software for your local lawn care business but when you start to use it it quickly becomes obvious that the product doesnt work and trying to get help is next to impossible. Theyre a scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Im currently seeking legal advice to try to terminate my contract. I never even made it out of the initial setup phase because there were sooo many problems with the software. I couldnt even get answers to my login in question for 5 business days. So now Im going around to every platform I can find to try to warn others about this horrible company.WorkWave, LLC

They want to hold you to a contract. They will jot allow you to cancel...no matter what. It's a way for them to make money whether youn use their software or **** The salesperson doesn't tell you that during the phones conversations or electronic signing agreements.WorkWave, LLC

Paid for this service for a year a lot of money for me- own a small business Got sucked in to it Now I owe a big bill and have not received anything This business is a scam. I would give MINUS 5 STARS IF I COULD. I have been working with this company for years. There are so many things wrong and forget about trying to speak with someone. The only **** you can speak to and that's if anyone answers is customer support. Unfortunately all of the things that do not work and need to be fixed they send to engineering and then nothing ever gets resolved. I have been emailing my sales rep which is now the forth one I have had and the person who owns the software for over 6 months and no response. I cannot express how this company can stay in business without ever fixing software issues instead of telling customers well that's it and we don't know or how to fix it. They will not look into fixing or updating the system they just send your request to the engineering **** and tell you it could take months and then nothing...WorkWave, LLC

DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS COMPANIES SCAMS. AFTER SEEKING ASSISTANCE GETTING UPDATED ON THEIR NEW SOFTWARE, I FOUND MYSELF IGNORED AND LOST. I FOUND A MUCH CHEAPER, ECONOMICAL COMPANY THAT PROVIDED SAME SERVICES WITH ASSISTANCE. NOW THE COMPANY IS HOLDING ME LIABLE FOR A YEARS CPONTRACT EVEN THOUGH THEY NWERE NEVER AVALAIBLE TO HELP ME WITH SETTING UP MY ACCONT. PLEASE BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND HURT YOUR SMALL BUSINESS.THEY ARE CHARGIN ME $195 MONTHLY FOR SERVICES I AM NOT RECIEVING. PLEASE BEWAREWorkWave, LLC
