    Bought a $1700 Fujifilm camera and decided to return it because it was not what I expected and the accessories were laughable. I did not use the camera I put it back packaged perfectly and took photos of it just incase. They included 27 accessories that could have been better from the dollar tree. I sent back the return to the correct address they had given me and waited 10 days then the seller said "We need 2 business days to inspect the return" Now they are lying to me saying "It was not delivered so I can't refund you". I had signature confirmation and it was delivered they are probably lying so they don't have tor refund customers.

    I had bought an Olympus camera with accessories from the firm on 08/18/2023. I did not find it suitable to my needs, explained it to Mr. *** of the firm. He suggested few things, which did not work out. I shipped the camera on 09/19/2023 without the accessories. Mr. *** agreed to refund the full amount & will deduct $25.00 for the accessories which I agreed to. I received a refund of $386.10, instead of ******. Informing about the same to Mr. **** he agreed and pointed an error has been made by the ***************** and he would pursue the same & promised it with few days. I have not received the balance amount of $72.38, nor any response for the delay. Even, when I informed them by Email, that I would complain to the proper authorities, it did not make a difference.I would request you to help me in recovering the balance amount of $72.38 from Ssephotovideo.com.
