    We used College Hunks to move from our old home and into our new home. The workers were very kind and hardworking, but they did damage furniture and the walls/floor in our new home. We reached out to two people at College Hunks to notify them of the issues. We completed necessary paperwork they asked of us and sent pictures they required. We followed up with them multiple times without an response. I am looking for them to reimburse us for the furniture they completely damaged and the walls/floor.

    On June 14, 2023 College Hunks moved my furniture and belongings from ****************************** in ************ to ******************************************************* This is a 2 mile move. During the process they broke an antique buffet(dresser). I called the next day and reported it. Two different gentlemen were sent out. The second one said he would be back to repair the furniture. No one has ever returned. I called several times since then. The last call I made was on 8/16/23 at 9:16 a.m. I explained the situation to ****. I still have had no response. I need someone to fix this furniture. If it can't be fixed then I would like to be compensated.. It is an important family heirloom. Thank you.

    The dates of the transactions are (1) August 30,2022, the day the Goodbye Garbage Company D/B/A College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving (GGC/CHHJandM)removed and loaded our household belongs into three trucks at our former address, **************************************************************************, (2) two nights on August 30 and 31st of storage of the loaded trucks in a secure location (unknown/not revealed to us), and September 1, 2022, the day of delivering and unloading our household items at our new home at ***************************************************************** dispute started with GGC/CHHJandM refusing to provide a final invoice upon conclusion of their services and final payment. As a customer, my wife and I wanted to review the charges to determine if all was correctly billed. It took us the better part of the month of September to get the requested documentation.Meanwhile, as we unpacked and examined our household items we found multiple items either damaged or destroyed and other items simply missing (we began to suspect theft during overnight storage). We contacted GGC/CHHJandM about these issues but the company has refused to discuss our issues or take any steps toward resolving them. Without cooperation from GGC/CHHJandM we are moving ahead with repairs to two of the damaged items: (1) remote-operated hospital bed. (2) dining room table. Presently, estimated repair costs for the aforementioned total $1,071,23.Another issue is GGC/CHHJandM's refusal to address issues we held concerning certain charges, including what appears to be a double billing. We have paid GGC/CHHJandM several thousand dollars toward the final balance but have been repeatedly turned aside when we sought review and verification of the final billing. Our credit card company is pursuing this billing dispute toward securing a settlement satisfactory to both parties.Another issue of concern was the repeated haranguing/harassment of a GGH/CHHJandM's crew chief, demanding more tip money.
