    To whom it may concern; I've been with Safe and Secure storage for over 8 years if not more.. My payments were $105/month so they made plenty of money from me.. I'm very disappointed as I'm on SSI and on a fixed income. I asked them for a smaller room so I can't meet my payments every month. I spoke to the Vice President Fred of Safe and Secure and he gave me a room 5X8 for $60/month.. The unit has a beam sticking out so I can't stack certain boxes against the wall.. I took the unit as is and it took me two days to move from one unit to the new one. Well, my account was never updated and Fred did leave a comment in the notes.. Its August 8, 2023 and I've called several times and spoke to customer service with no resolution to my issue. I requested a call back from Fred a dozen times and never received one. I always got an invoice by the first of every month and I did not get one for the month of August.. I know they will hit me with late fees without any type of bill. Do I need to have my attorney call them? I'm so dissatisfied on how they are taking this matter. Since I did not get a bill for August, I refuse to pay the $78+tax that's on my online statement. My rental is $60/month not $78.. I would never recommend anybody to Safe and Secure.. Very poor management skills.. Since my online bill bill states 0 balance as of today, I guess I got a free month. I hope Safe and Secure has a good explanation regarding this matter. They guy in the front desk assured me everything will be taken care of and this was more then in one occasion. It was 3 times in person and several times by phone. I hope this mess gets resolved ASAP as I have no trust in this company and regret doing business with them.

    The company fulfilled our commitment of $60 rent per month. After speaking with the customer  he apologized for not understanding this was done in a timely manner.
