    I had services with nextscripts for many years. The have never been good with customer service. Never good with customer support. always very slow but now they would eventually get back to you. Now the past 3 support tickets have been left unread. 1 way back from at least 4 months ago, another from 3 months ago and one from 2/20/24 all unread.They have no customer service phone number. I sent then a ******** message on 2/20/24 and it is still unread! Do not sign up witb this company! I have had problems with their autoposter for 6 months. I have been unable to get help therefore their service is useless to me. I went and logged into my account and clicked "request cancellation" 2 months ago which is the only way to cancel as there is no customer service phone number. I removed my paypal account from my ******************** account. Then I went to paypal and removed permission for automatic payments to nextscripts but somehow on 2/20/24 they charged my Discover card $49.95 for another full year of services. I guess they able to do this since my paypal account and my discover card iare linked. No way to contact the company about this problen which is convienent for Nextscripts. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. This has been a huge ******!
