    This company should be ashamed of itself! My mom had Gutter Guys to her house to get an estimate on new leaf guards. She was told by the reps who came to the house that she would need all new gutters along with the leaf guards at a hefty price tag of $6,700.00! First off, she doesn't need new gutters but these people had her scared to death after pointing out all of the 'problems' with the existing ones! Needless to say I had someone else take a look for her and they found absolutely no problem with her gutters or her leaf guards! The only problem was that the drip loop needed to be cleaned out so the water would drain properly. Shame on you, Gutter Guys, for trying to take advantage of an 80yr old woman! Makes me wonder how many other senior citizens you've duped for dollars! I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

    ***************** was a repeat gutter cleaning customer of ours for a number of years. She cancelled her cleaning services with The Gutter Guys in 2021 after she had another company install some gutter guards on her gutters. On August 8, 2023 ***************** contacted our office because the product the other company installed was not working and they would not come back to help her. Our estimator discussed some options with ***************** and she was going to think about it. She contacted our office again on November 7, 2023 to schedule another appointment with an estimator because she wanted us to help her with this issue. We met with her again on November 8, 2023 to go over her options again. The gutters were still not working properly and pulling away from the back of the house. She agreed to replace her system with a new system from The Gutter Guys with a lifetime no-clog guarantee. She gave the estimator a deposit check for $2230.00 and told the estimator not to deposit it for a few days because she needed to transfer money into the account. First thing the next morning she called to cancel the job which we did. We have been in business since *************************************************************************************** this instance. **************** is our top priority. I did reach out to ***************** and we had a nice conversation.
