    ripped me dead off no communication no proof of purchase just a email saying its been delayed then no further communication I didn't do my research and got scammed I can not believe this is even legal 260 down the drain to scammers web site looked legit but not one good review apon further research after not hearing from them they took the 260$ on my bank account days next *** not even CB reptile

    Horrible experience! I ordered a Palmetto Corn snake on 8/2/24. I heard nothing, so I tried contacting with the phone number listed. No answer. I eventually got a response through email a few days later saying the deliveries were being held back because of the storm. Fine, that was a perfect reason.So I waiting about a week. Tried contacting them again through email. Three times I asked when the snake would arrive. Didn't hear anything until I got a message a couple of days ago telling me they were sorry and didn't realize they were out of Palmetto Corns and would I like to choose something else. Hmmmm, bait and switch or unprofessional?I got a refund and I am shouting off the rooftops to anyone who will listen. Avoid them like the plague!!

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONSTERS!!!This was the absolute WORST reptile buying experience I've ever had. I bought a Frilled Neck Lizard from these monsters and the animal I received was EXTREMELY sick. It came in very malnourished, underweight, dehydrated, and covered in these bumps and scabs. It even had blood on the edges of its mouth. I honestly didn't even think that the poor little guy would make it through the first night, but he miraculously did. I rushed him to an animal ER first thing the next morning to see an exotic reptile specialist and thankfully got the lizard stabilized. We are still waiting on the lab cultures to come back so that we can actually figure out what's wrong with this poor animal. I've already spent more on vet visits and treatments than I spent all together on the lizard and shipping. The worse part of it all is that there's a chance the issue is Viral and this lizard might be stuck with it for life. Stay away from these monsters or pay the price!

    If I could give no stars I would they ripped my husband and I off and I am now going through my bank to get a refund thank god I saved all our messages back and forth they need to be shutdown for stealing peoples money and having really sick animals as well! Do not buy from them overpriced for no reason too I was looking for a blue iguana paid over 300 just to get ripped off got my blue iguana from a reptile show instead for only 80 and to top it off a lady working for them reached out to my husband offering us a iguana with three feet for just shipping since they cant sell him we felt bad for him said yes but they never issued the rest of our refund and the iguana has more then just his foot wrong with him too his tail was bitten up and everything still not worth the over 300 we paid for a supposably healthy blue iguana they are shady and sell people really sick animals please DONT BUY from them!!
