    Pimsleur owes me a refund of $59.80. I've made 3 attempts to get it, but Pimsleur is unresponsive.I was a longtime monthly subscriber to Pimsleur with my *********** credit card. Then I cancelled my subscription just to cut my expenses a little. Later, my **************** credit card offered a deal on a monthly Pimsleur subscription. So I signed up again with my **************** credit card. Pimsleur then started charging BOTH credit cards each month. I called for a refund, and asked Pimsleur to stop charging my *********** credit card and instead charge the **************** -- the one that offered the deal. Pimsleur did the opposite, and kept charging the *********** credit card without my authorization.I've called 3 times and been promised a refund of $59.80 twice. The third time they promised a supervisor would call back in an hour. It's been a week and no one has called.
