    Ordered item online. They sent wrong item and expects me to pay shipping and reorder. There is an error they fail to address and blame the consumer

    I bought nuts and butter from Nuts.com. They mislead me with their gluten free promise. I called and double checked to make sure gluten did not touch the nuts I bought and butter. There was a wheat label in the butter for possible contamination. I got really sick.Reached out to them and gave me credit to order for them again! Now why would I do that!

    Ive contacted customer service twice today regarding my order which hasnt been delivered as promised. The tracking hasnt been updated since 12/25 and indicated its still moving through the system so I have no idea if the carrier has it. Im contacting my credit card and disputing the charges and will never make the mistake of doing business with nuts.com again

    My wife and I do really love Nuts.com's products. They are tasty and great to snack on. That being said.. their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Multiple shipments were late based on their estimated arrival times. I understand these are estimate times, however if multiple orders are late each time based on the estimated delivery dates, please don't make the estimated delivery date so short (e.g. next day). The other more specific issue I had is when one of my orders mentioned it was delivered but there was no package to be found at my house. After multiple contacts with the customer service, there was not much they could do. They ended up sending us the order again after about a week's time. My wife was chatting with one of their customer representatives through the online feature and asked if they would be willing to give us a free shipping coupon for the inconvenience and the customer representative simply ended the chat on her. Pretty terrible way to handle customers when they are what keeps a business going. As of now we will not be ordering nuts.com again in the future. I would give a 1-star review but their snacks are tasty. We won't be ordering from them in the future due to the way their service representatives handle the customer.

    I have ordered numerous times, I even offered a better shipping service, with no prevail of the owner getting back to me which is very common. Well the other day ordering and noticed something on the billing statement. Subtotal, that is correct, shipping *** which is maybe correct, maybe it should be more because I also specialize in shipping and I resell on platforms too, no tax when there should be a tax and then temporary surcharge. That is misleading and says for a fact that they're not being honest as a business. Please check your statement for future. There should be a tax ***. The raise of prices should be too.
