    The family next to me was having a large tree on their lawn cut down by this company. The next day when they came back to pick up the large trunk of the tree they came onto my property and chopped off 2 large limbs from my ornament Japanese weeping cherry tree. I ran out to find them standing over the limbs and they were looking up at the tree to probably see if there was more they could cut off. When I told them to stop they said the homeowner said I gave them permission to do this because it was hanging over their driveway. I DID NOT! Some small branches were slightly hanging on their property...not the whole large limbs. I get that legally they can trim what is on their property but you don't take the homeowner's word without ringing my doorbell to inform me what you are doing. I called the owner of the company and he said that was between me and the homeowner. He did come there and told me he couldn't understand why I was so upset. Wanted to know if it was upset because they cut the tree or I didn't give permission. Then he proceeded to tell me the tree in my backyard was dying and he wanted to know if I wanted him to go look at it and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to cut it. My beautiful Japanese cherry tree looks like c*** I am giving them a one-star review only because it won't let me give no stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
