    If I could give zero stars I would! This review is in reference to my girlfriend's 16 years old daughter. She made her appointment with ****, the owner/master hairstylist. Her experience started by having to brush her own hair out (never in any salon, especially when being worked on by the owner/master stylist have I encountered this).She went through multiple hairstylists assisting her hair process (which is frustrating when paying higher rates solely for the owner/master stylist services). Also, she was charged for services that were never provided and when questioned about the charges, ****, acted extremely unprofessional! **** acted in an entitled irate manner stating shes a "celebrity stylist" blamed the customer (a 16 year old girl) for having "thick hair" and that "it's 2022" so things are more expensive" she even went as far as mom shaming my friend. She refused a refund for the services not provided but were charged for. In previous reviews she's even went as far as caling police on customers!!Please AVOID this woman at all costs!

    We are very saddened to read this review after a very long day and process for Ms. ******* daughter. Please let me preface that we at no time have EVER or will NEVER charge for any services that were not done on a client. **************** dropped off her 16 year old daughter (*****). At no time did she speak with me (the owner and operator) or asked any questions regarding pricing or services provided. ***** showed us a picture of what she wanted. She has an astronomical amount of hair. Costs were higher because of this in addition to the desired color by *****. She had 3 different bands of color in her hair. She only booked a balayage but we needed to do a color correction. What she wanted and asked for was achieved. She was in the salon for a total of 5-6 hours. She was extremely happy. We even made a TikTok together. Ms. ******* boyfriend then calls the salon to ask me for an explanation about the pricing. I complied and very politely I gave him the exact breakdown. He wouldnt let me get a word in and proceeded to tell me that ******** was something you just slap on the hair. I explained that Balayage means to sweep and it required a very specific skill. He proceeded to tell me that he dated MANY hairstylists in the past and knew all about the business. I responded sir, Ive been in this business 32 years. I am very sorry you feel this way but we have done nothing wrong. He said ok we will go with that and hung up. If anyone has any questions regarding this review please contact us.
