On March 18, 2024 I signed a contract with Golden Thread Cinematography which was recommended on TheKnot.com for wedding photography/videography, and paid a $500 deposit (I have attached a copy of the signed contract for your review). I spoke with Matthew V**** multiple times prior to the day of my wedding and paid my final payment of $499 upon return from my honeymoon. On May 5, 2024, I received two links that indicated Raw Footage and Edited Video, which was supposed to be footage of my wedding; I emailed Matthew on May 7, 2024 to inquire if there was footage of my older children, flower girls and my husband and I sharing our vows during the ceremony because those important highlights were missing from the edited "documentary film" which was supposed to be 10+ mints of the totality of my wedding day. On May 10, Matthew responded asking if I'd like for above mentioned to be added to my "documentary film", and I replied "yes" on the same day. I sent several emails thereafter to follow-up, and the last email response I've received from Matthew was August 21, 2024 and he replied "Sorry for missing your last email this summer has been super busy on our end! As for the edits, it looks like they were completed a couple of weeks ago. We have been having a bit of trouble delivering some of the larger files via email this month, but I will double-check with the team today and see if we can get the video re-uploaded and share a new Google Drive folder with you. I will let you know ASAP!" I have attempted to call and email Matthew since to obtain the footage from my special day, and no response; I am very disappointed.
