Nothing but problems. Called me 2 days before my appt that I scheduled a month before that they dont do diagnostic US on weekends. Then had the nerve to LIE to me that I cancelled my last appt 6 months ago. I went to that appt to be told my dx bilateral mammo/US would only be a dx US on one ****. They schedule wrong and lie to cover their *****. In the past, they cancelled me because I couldnt wear a mask and this was AFTER the mask mandate ended. Now I have to wait even longer for my yearly and dx because they cant get their s*** together. Dont go here.

Terrible customer service. Difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner. Was told when I made my appointment I would speak with radiologist after test but instead they said youre done and can leave. When asked was told no radiologist on sight. They work remote at other locations! When calling you are on hold for way too long. All around terrible experience!

Subject: Urgent Request for Resolution of Medical Identity Theft NJIN/***** HILL RADIOLOGY Management I am writing to express my extreme concern and disappointment regarding a serious medical identity theft incident involving your organization. In March 2024, PURE MAMMOGRAPHY referred me to ***** HILL RADIOLOGY in ********** for a biopsy procedure. Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that this organization has used my personal information, including my name, phone number, address, and Social Security number, to schedule an appointment for another unrelated client under my account.I contacted NJIN customer service on August 19, 2024, to report this error. After confirming the incorrect appointment on August 28, 2024, I was transferred to the ***** HILL RADIOLOGY branch, where the mistake originated. Despite waiting on hold for over 43 minutes, the representative, ****************, was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. I requested a formal letter acknowledging the error and ensuring that any upcoming bill is sent to the correct individual. Unfortunately, **************** stated that she was unable to assist me and that a manager would contact me within 24 hours. As of today, 8/21, I have still not received any communication from this organization. This incident is a serious breach of my medical privacy and has caused me significant distress. It is unacceptable that this organization would use the personal information of a previous patient to schedule another individual.I demand a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter. I expect a formal apology, a written acknowledgment of the error, and steps taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. This organization has done nothing to rectify this urgent matter on my account.

Please please do not pay anything upfront until you receive your EOB statement (if you have co-insurance or a copay) My husband paid $700+ for a CT scan. It was completely covered by our insurance, but they entered the wrong billing code. After numerous phone calls back and forth, and finally the insurance company calling them directly we are finally getting a refund after 6 months. Like to pay wow no issue, but try getting your money back. ****** learned. Refuse payment until claim processed by insurance please! Save yourself the headache and the insurance agent told us this is a common scam they do.

Don't go to the New Jersey Imaging Network in ****** if you can help it.The one in Union is so much better, but some tests are only done at ****** and another non-Union facility in New Jersey. Before you go, find out who is going to do the procedure. If it is **********************************, cancel your appointment. My OB-*** had warned me that the procedure to find out what the mysterious smudge on my routine transvaginal sonogram was going to be painful. I took two aspirin four hours before the appointment as directed. She, my OB-GYN, also advised me to flatten my body to help lessen the pain. Although **************** greeted me in a humane way, the way he conducted the procedure was barbaric. He yelled at me when I screamed in pain. He then asked his assistant to call for a smaller instrument. As he was removing the instrument, he clipped me. What he said was, "There was an abrasion." He had his assistant give me a sanitary pad for the bleeding, which lasted the rest of that day. I could not sit down from May 9, 2022, to May 20, 2022, without pain. When I filled out the survey after the office visit detailing my complaint, I received no response from NJIN ******. Then I submitted a complaint to the New Jersey *********** of ******* Examiners, they found no reason to discipline this doctor.**************** may be an expert radiologist as far as reading films, but I want him to be kept away from patients. I also want a written apology from him and from NJIN. No other woman should have to endure what I did at his hands. In addition, the person who assisted him was also incompetent. She gave me a routine transvaginal sonogram and did not ask me to guide the wand. This is what is normally done at **********. I do wish I could give a negative star, but I don't think it would register.

********* Radiology aka ** Imaging Radiologists *********************************** 2.0 star rating 4/24/2023 This was my first visit to the ****** office since it's absorption by ** Imaging, it was not a pleasant experience. To begin with, I made my way to the windowed area where Reception sits to check in. While doing so, I recall hearing the following request: " Sign In" behind me, yet was not aware that I was the person being spoken to. Read on.....I then turned around and found an employee at a "podium" with a lap top computer. Several feet away I saw a book which was being used to Sign-In. I now realized that this "station" had been set up to facilitate signing in. It must also be stated that a patient, who had originally been seated in the waiting area, decided to stand directly in front of this "podium" creating small talk with the employee; this went on for quite awhile causing a disruption for other patients who needed to "Sign-In".Once I was called back to the window, I was advised that I needed a Rx to have an X-Ray. Note that I was provided with just the opposite instruction when I called the office before I actually arrived at the location. It should also be noted that "staff" behind the window did not appear pleased with their "job" and their behavior was no different than trying to buy a ticket from a frazzled NY Waterways Ferry ticket agent.Clearly, the placement of staff via NY Imaging at this location had to be done quickly without vetting or training as the manner in which they interact with patients deserves a complete overhaul and/or replacement. I did meet with *******, the Manager, who quickly appeared to be light years over the aforementioned personnel with regard to her relationship skills.

This review is for the **** billing practices. I have been going to ****************** for years. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the services they provide. It wasn't until 2020 that the billing departmenbt (not located in **) started losing their minds. They kept billing me for services that were covered by my insurance company. I would get a letter stating what I owed ( but didn't) but never actually sent the **** to my insurance provider. When I opened the letter I was advised that I the **** was ALREADY sent to collections. I just received the letter!I was lucky that my insurance company fought for me and got all the charges taken off. This was so frustrating. Dealing with COVID was stressful enough. Who needs this mess on top of it?Now I have to return for some yearly (covered) tests. I'm wondering if I should give them another chance or go somewhere else.

I had an appointment for mammogram on May 20th, I took half day off from work to get it done. I went in and I told the receptionist that I have appointment at 2:30, she asked for prescription. I provided her with the prescription. I had taken the picture and submitted it on May 17th or 18th when they messaged me fill out some information and take picture of the prescription and submit which I did. However, the moment I gave the prescription she said, 'The prescription is for diagnostic mammogram, and you are scheduled for screening mammogram, why did your doctor ***** diagnostic?' I told her I don't know why. I told her that last year at NJIN they had done a biopsy and placed a pin which bothers me. The lady's response was 'why does it bother you, I have two and it does not bother me'. Then she says 'let me go in and check if they will do it'. Comes back and tells me that it has to be rescheduled. What is the point of completing the patient information form, image of prescription, if they are not going to review it prior to the appointment. Very poor customer service.
