    P&P owes me a credit for pre-paid services. I was notified by letter that they are closing and transferring my service to ****************. However, when I called P&P Disposal to inquire about the remaining balance of my credit, they did respond to any messages, despite several attempts to contact them and speak to a live person. I also called **************** to confirm the transfer of services and to inquire about my remote credit. They told me that they met with the owners of P&P Disposal, and that one of the questions they asked was about clients with remaining credits. They were told that they were not transferring any credits. I don't know exactly how much credit I have because it's been quite a while since they have sent me any statements.

    I have been trying to contact P&P Disposal to terminate my account and stop trash pickup effective June 26, 2023 due to a house sale but have been unable to reach them. I emailed ****************************************** on June 18, 2023, June 21, 2023 and June 22, 2023 requesting a cancelation of services effective June 26, 2023 with no response. I have also sent a message via trashbilling.com (P&P's online portal) on June 18, 2023 requesting cancelation effective June 26, 2023 with no response. I have left voicemails during normal business hours to ************ (P&P's phone number) on June 21, 2023, June 22, 2023, June 23, 2023 and June 26, 2023 requesting cancelation effective June 26, 2023 but also with no response. I also mailed a physical letter requesting a termination on June 24, 2023 to P&P Disposal, PO Box 352, ******************* ***** -- also with no response. This for the following ************, ************************************************************* - Customer Information is ************ and Account Number ******. Please have P&P ********************** terminate the account effective June 26, 2023 and provide proof of termination so that we are no longer billed for trash pickup.

    P and p disposal garbage company I had issues with them over years but was patient missed pickups called *** office manager complaining sometimes she answers phone plenty times no response then last two weeks garbage missed again I called no answer I called several times left message I sent emails I even contacted there billing service who sent them an email no response yet finally I caught driver and asked why my neighbor garbage picked not mine he gave me an insult saying it's was put on curb are youan idiot for saying that that's an insult then he gave several poor excuses then starting to yell n curse at me became rude nasty I am a customer I needed answers he then yelled said f*** you get another company he's not going to pick up my garbage anymore I am in process of getting another garbage company but I would like an apology I would like credit on my account if they do owe me but most of all I want driver fired and I want owner to contact me thanks please help
