Unethical company! Do not work with them as a contractor! I did the mistake and want to share many red flags.1. Was put into a contract role with a Fortune 500 company and was provided no lines of communication or support. Our point of contact left a year ago and there was no replacement.2. Miscommunication of benefits and sick leave policy. The HR person provided incorrect information initially on sick hours and commuter benefits. 3. Unnecessary delay in increasing hourly rate even though having worked on contract for 2 years. Only looking into profit margins and not on enhancing workers.4. Complete remote role that suddenly became onsite every other week. Initial contract said it was a fully remote role, but then policies changed out of the blue with 3 hour commute times and delays in processing commuter benefits.5. No benefit helpline phone number. They only respond by email that will take you months to get resolved.

One of the Sr. ********** contacted me about a position via LinkedIn two+ weeks ago. We had a phone conversation after I sent him my CV and then he told me hed get back to me by the following week. When I didnt hear from him I emailed to ask about the status of my candidacy. He did not respond. Over the next week I sent two more requests for a status update but he has completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional to leave someone hanging after they have provided personal information and e-signed a legal form. I should have researched the reviews here before I provided anything.

Our recruiters should never leave a person unaware of their status and our teams should always communicate with care. We aim to do better in the future.

This company is a rebranding of Collabera which I've found over the years to not be a legitimate firm to work with. Low pay and bad representation to their "client" companies, which can damage a legitimate candidate's reputation in local markets. I received an email stating they were looking for candidates like me and scheduled an introductory call where it was said they have taken over Collabera or something to that effect. If I'd known that from the beginning I wouldn't have scheduled the call. There doesn't seem to be any information on their website that this is the case, which is false advertising. Companies that have to rebrand themselves under new names due to poor reputations are obviously not companies people should be allowing to represent them in the job market.

I was contacted about a position in my line of work for a 6-month contract. Towards the end of the conversation, the **** ****************************** asked for my current salary, to which I refused to disclose. He then told me the position's hourly wage, which seems he conflated with the annual salary amount because it was almost double the highest reported amount for that role.***** told me he would send an email with a link I could enter the last four of my SSN, so his supervisor could review my info and contact me. By that point, I contacted the fraud department for the company he claimed to be hiring for and reported the incident. I hope these reviews are actually taken into account by the BBB, otherwise this page will simply be an advice board for this criminal enterprise to hone their tactics.

I was contacted by Collabera **** last week by a woman named *********************, on a job position at ***** fargo that offers $25 an hour for a 6 month contract. Based on the reviews i wasn't the only one contacted about a job with ***** Fargo who is one of the top competitive banking companies where they wouldn't need other agencies hiring for them. That was the first suspicion that i had, the second one is that the woman on the phone who resides in ***** which i checked her linkedin, asked me to send my resume over right then and there, which is weird because if you're contacting me about a job position, you already have my resume on file. Dhe told me she would get in contact with her manager to see if i'm right for the job, but also when i sent my resume to her, she asked me to reply i accept or for a signature. After that she then asked me for the first three digits of my last name, my birth date without the year, and the last four of my social security number for employee or applicant identification. This is obviously a fraudulent scheme or scam. Hiring people would never ask you for that information over the phone especially before the interview process began. Also it's weird that these are foreign recruiting reps who don't reside in the *** but work in countries like *****. Why would a non U.S citizen need information like that for a U.S citizen. Very suspicious. Please avoid giving them personal information like this, i think this is part of identity theft. Recruiting people for fake jobs, in order to gain access. Look at the other reviews from Collabera they are absolutely horrible, please ignore the call and it's best to stay off of job looking sites that you are not familiar because this company apparently got my information from somewhere. Please steer clear, they use fake area codes to make this company seem somewhat believable, or that they are located and recruiting for jobs in your area. Please steer clear.

We wanted to respond here on the BBB website, but weve also contacted you privately to explain more about Collaberas recruiting and hiring process on behalf of clients. First, Collabera has been in business for 25 years, headquartered in Basking Ridge, **** and serves many Fortune 500 companies for their hiring and recruiting needs. Second, we certainly understand the concern about sharing personal information and strive to be transparent and clearly explain the requests and why. Many times, we request some type of personally identifiable information in order to create a one-of-a-kind record in a candidate tracking system. Rest assured, any information requested is solely for the purposes of the specific job request. We take concerns like yours seriously and are improving our training so processes and expectations are communicated clearly to candidates. We hope this explains more about the situation and rebuilds your trust in Collabera.

This is the worst company to work for. I was contacted through LinkedIn about a position with a local legal services company. The recruiter made it sound like I would be working directly for Collabera. Not once was it ever mentioned that this is a temp agency. When I started work the recruiter handed my information over to another person in another state who doesn't speak English. Over the 1 year contract with Collabera my information was transferred at least 4 times to people in different states with no English skills. Each email sounds like a scam. My paychecks were withheld after the first month due to communication errors on their part. My final paycheck went against my states final paycheck laws but this company did not care. They will lie to you about paid holidays and vacation which you won't get. They lied about benefits, saying I didn't get any but then sent an offer for a benefits package that would take out over half my paycheck each pay period for sketchy insurance coverage. Do not fall for this company. Do not work for them. Report their bad practices.

We wanted to respond here on the BBB website, but weve also contacted you privately to make sure everything has been handled to your satisfaction. Our records show the pay error was resolved and we want to make sure of that with you. We also see that you did have multiple contact people in one year. We agree thats frustrating, inefficient and can lead to confusion about work arrangements and benefits. As a result, weve taken multiple steps to ensure we improve our operations and provide a positive employee experience. Thank you for bringing this up so we can improve. Lastly, we appreciate your work for the company.
