    Mike, the owner of Martel Engineering agreed to make structural drawings for our project. Over the last 9 months he would say that the drawings would be completed in 2 days. This never happened and he has held our project up. We have even cut holes in the ceilings of the porches for him to observe structure. Dealing with Mike has been a stressful and unpleasant experience. He also has not returned our check. I don't trust him not cashing it.

    **** ********, I appologize for the delays on your project. I have been going through some transition in my company and have been overwhelmed and unable to finish the detailing of the project. I will get you the plan and i will email you a photo of the ripped up check. I would never cash your check. I have not done so in 7 months so i would not do so now. I will send you the drawings and will not charge you for the design job. I am not dishonest and will work to make this up.
