      Told the business I was canceling the service over a year ago and got a pass for the town's transfer station to just handle disposing of trash myself and with the help of my son. R & R Houle has continued to send me bills for a service I canceled, am currently not getting anyway since we dispose of our own trash items, and I have contacted the business multiple times. The in-box is always full, it's rare to get an answer, and when they do answer they try to say bills are still being sent because of a number of excuses with their computer systems, new employee, etc. They will not stop trying to charge me for something I do not want and I'm not receiving. I do not know how many times they need to be told. I have even entered a report with a with a federal agency over the matter.
