      I was renting a storage unit from extra space storage. I was paying 92$ a month and had a signed contract with them. They sold the business to all purpose storage without contacting me to let me know anything was going on. This new company decided to raise the price to +$150 a month without my consent and kept overcharging my bank account. I went to speak to someone in office and they shut down the office and only was able to reach them by phone. I called them and asked to speak with a manager multiple times and never received a call back. I informed them I was over charged and would not be paying the absurdly overcharged rate going forward. Since I did not receive any cooperation from them I removed my belongings and left. They continue to send me bills months after I have left and now say I owe them over $1,000. I do not know how long this will go on for and how much they will say I owe. I never signed a contract with this company, or agreed to anything Im being charged. This is not right and I want them to leave me alone.

      We took over management of 031 - *************** in August of 2024.  At that time, we were provided rental rates for all customers from the previous management company.  I have attached a snip of the portion that pertains to Mr *************************** style="font-size: *****rem;">**** ********* rental rate for unit 930 was listed as $140.00.

      Adding data - 

      Mr ********* informed us on March 1, 2025, that he moved out months ago our finding show items still in the unit and no official notice from the customer that he moved out.  We have been trying to work with Mr ********* since December to resolve this concern requesting proof of what had paid prior to August 2024.  

      At this time, the remaining items in the unit are schedule to auction as attempts to come to an agreement have not been accepted by Mr **************

    All Purpose Storage is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
