      Less than 1 Star. Very unreliable. *** agent and lies about show up time And actually doesnt show up. If they dont want the *** work they should withdraw from the network. Not worth using this company and *** needs to dump them. Very bad for their reputation.

      Couldn't be bothered to assist with a flat tire or a tow. Driver could not have sounded less interested in assisting if they tried. Called the office the next day to clarify, a few questions (as another tow service was able to assist). Person on the phone was rude, pushy then hung up on me. I would recommend any other provider or option than using this company! There should be an option for zero or negative stars, when it comes to company ratings.

      To Whom it may concern. IF you have any trouble with one of our drivers you may feel free to call and talk to our office manager who will gladly discuss any issues.  We do require to know what call was in question as each call has separate circumstances involving the issue. 

      If you have issues you have to be patient with the person answering the phone due to the volume of calls we take everyday.  We have our own questions we need to ask in order to properly address the situation.

      I tried calling the office as you can read in my original post. The person answering the phone was rude and shot tempered. One can't exactly explain their issue or ask their questions, when the person answering abruptly ends the call.
