Randy, *****, and ***** are top notch! We had some ambitious projects for our house, and they delivered above and beyond our expectations. We wanted a new shed, deck, and a complete kitchen redesign and remodel. Randy was very professional and easy to work with. He was upfront with his pricing, timeline, and communication. It was a rare occurrence I would need to call and clarify about the status of a project. We are so happy with how everything turned out, we have a shed that functions for us, a new deck to enjoy, and we are absolutely loving our new kitchen. We cannot speak more highly of Randy and his crew. The most impressive and calming part of all these projects was his clean up at the end of the day. He made sure everything was clean, put away nicely, and not in our way. We were so impressed how little dust, dirt, and general clutter were left at the end of the day; it made living through the construction far easier than we anticipated, especially considering we have a toddler running around. We recommend Randy to anyone who is looking to improve their home, he is definitely a hidden gem in *********.

WOW! Is the best reaction from anyone who saw the very old, 1905, 2 family house with 2 rotted porches, shakes with paint peeling and a yard with white paint and blue paint chips everywhere. From far away the house was beautiful! It was up close that told the true story! As it turned out, the house had 2 layers of shakes that were removed prior to insulating the house and window areas. There was a thin paper with foil on one side that appeared to be the original insulation! As they were stripping the shakes, they discovered the electric line going into the house was very rotted and frayed. Freaking scary! The high possibility of a house fire was right there! When Eversource came out to see the project, he estimated the lines from the pole and into the house were about 70 years old!Randy, ***** and **** are hard working men, typically only taking 20 minutes for lunch! After filling 3 dumpsters with shakes, storm doors, rotted porches, original basement windows, and tons of nails, we have a beautiful new home! We now have a beautifully sided home with solid safe beautiful porches! The 2 dormers, (each took all 3 men a day to complete) pop out of the roof! The first floor bay window was removed due to water damage. We replaced it with an huge flat window with 2 side windows that open nicely, our dog loves it! All the ***** have been covered with soffit making our home very maintenance free!Randy uses quality products, they all pay attention to details, and they play good music! All of them are self motivated! They never stood around, they worked hard everyday! We had some short days because of the intense heat this summer and a rare rain storm. Each of them are very skilled and together they're a great team! Always pleasant, open to changes and nice to our dog who had to say hi everyday! Since they finished, there are no mice in the attic, no yellow jackets and no lady bugs! We couldn't be happier with our new old house! We love it! Thanks!Randy King Quality Home Improvements, LLC

Randy made himself available at any time for questions during the project and was always professional and honest. He was reasonable with his pricing. His timeline was right on target and he made sure to explain phases of the process throughout the entire project. High quality work by a wonderful team of men! Randy King and crew are a pleasure to work with; quality workmanship, thorough explanations and fair pricing. They did our siding, built a porch roof and replaced some windows with water damaged casings for us. One of the best (and unusual) things is once they show up to start the job- they stay til done. No dragging the timeline out as they work at other sites. I would have no hesitation to recommend or rehire for additional jobs.Randy King Quality Home Improvements, LLC

Randy and his crew, Derek and Dave, did a wonderful job. We replaced all our windows and exterior doors and installed new siding. Randy took the time to explain the features in our new windows and doors. He addressed all our concerns and completed the project in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about Randy and his crew Derek and Dave. They basically rebuilt my house from the inside out. We had an old "camp style" house that he and his crew transformed it into a beautiful home with a new bathroom, new kitchen, new family room addition, leveled the floors, new stairs, new siding and gutters and everything up to code. His attention to detail is amazing, he is easy to work with and was always available for questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Knowledgeable qualified contractor. Always on time let me know what was going on when materials arrive and what the daily plan was. His crew and himself does things right and fixes things that were done wrong by others. Randy and his crew know their business and are efficient and top notch quality work. I am very satisfied with the work they do and would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were also honest and trustworthy.
