Positive experience from beginning to end. Product specialist was informative and personable - no pressure to upsell. Went the extra mile to provide images to help with product decision-making for a problem area. Staff kept us updated on progress of our order. Installation team of three was a "well-oiled machine" who worked seamlessly. So impressed with the precision finish work and attention to detail. Superior warranty. 5 starsRite Window is a great company, the team was great from the sales to the measuring team to the installers. The salesman Justin was great, friendly and very responsive to questions on the phone and emails etc. The crew that installed our windows was professional, courteous, and hard working. They did a great job on installation and finishing the windows. The job only took 1 and half days to complete. And they cleaned up after and took away all the debris etc. I Definitely recommend Rite Window. They also did our roof… fast, looks great and great warranty on all their products.Review fromRyan P

5 starsGreat sales team (Ann and Jake). Joe and his co worker did a fantastic job installing an entry door system for me. They were detail oriented, friendly, professional, courteous and meticulous. They cleaned up after themselves, and the entry door looks fantastic! I am so pleased right now. Price was great. They beat the competition. I believe that I made the right choice.
