From the sales person, to the man that came to measure, to the installers, we are very pleased. Each one was professional with out putting any pressure on us. The installers worked very hard and were careful, considerate and left everything cleaned up.

I was very pleased with my purchase of Rite Windows. The customer service was great, as was the price. The installers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They cleaned up really well, and removed debris from my old storm windows. They were friendly, and competent. I could not be more pleased.Rite Window

The sales team did a great job of explaining the windows, installation process and financing options. The installation crew was great. They showed up on time. They were very professional by getting the job done quickly and quietly. And then they did a very good job of cleaning up. I would absolutely recommend Rite Window.Rite Window

The walk in shower is beautiful, made exactly to my specifications. The installers Rob & Chris were very professional and courteous despite the demand of installing in an old house with old house problems. They made everything work and the installation was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Rite Window.Rite Window

Mike and Eddie were absolutely very knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service was outstanding. They did the job quick took no lunch and cleaned up when job was completed. We purchased two doors through Rite Windows and looked forward to having them installed. Although it does take time to custom make doors we never felt neglected by the company and received a couple of updates during the process. When the doors arrived the installers were attentive to our needs. On the date set up for the install rain was predicted so the day before the installer called and we set an alternate date; his concern was that if there was rain to would make the job messier for the house. The installers arrived the morning of the agreed upon date and did a wonderful job of installing the doors. We have an old house and some the door frame areas were not standard measurements. Even so the installers did an amazing job with he doors and they operate more smoothly than the original doors. And when finished they cleaned the area thoroughly. We are 100% satisfied.Rite Window
