      These people are habitual lyre's. I will never use them again. I'm not going into details but there is a reason why they are not BBB accredited

      After contacting the customer we learned that we have not lied about anything. Customer is unhappy in regards to our service department scheduling policy. With the shortage of technicians and being spring time, he was told that it would take five weeks to repair. It was actually repaired within five weeks, but he was unhappy with the timeframe. We explained that he had valid feedback, and we would work on our policy. He seemed appreciative of the follow up phone call.
