Worst company I have ever worked with. Windows now howl when the wind is above 5 miles an hour. They have been out 5 times and howling is still happening. Installation was a zoo, no one spoke English and they destroyed our flowers in front of our house and person in charge laughed about it. Very very disappointed with the Installation and with the product. Worst interaction all the way around.

Our install and service managers have been to the home on several occasions trying to address the issues. We compensated the customers for the damaged flowers and had numerous conversations on how to make it right. The install crew is very knowledgeable, and has English speaking members for customer assistance. We have re-set a window in an attempt to remedy the problem and have a follow up appointment set for January 3, 2023 at 8:30 am. We have not ignored the customer and/or the issues, we will continue to work to resolve any and all issues.

I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. They were quick to take my money but I am still waiting for a refund since they said their windows won't work. I wrote the check on September 26, they didn't deposit it until October 5. We were expecting them to mail our check back but they never did. I am still out my $3400+ .Renewal by Andersen of Omaha

We have not been notified of this customer cancelling their project with us, the measure tech was at their home on 10/03. There was an egress issue with the windows, If their intent is to cancel this project, we will be happy to send them their money back. I have contacted our corporate office to issue the return of the deposit.

After our phone conversation I understand the egress issue with the windows didn't allow that type of window to be used. We have cancelled your order and the corporate office is processing your deposit return.

Non-stop robo calls over the past 3-6 months. I have told them on numerous occasions that I am not interested, yet they keep calling and sending me flyers in the mail. Today, a couple of their salespeople came to my door and completely ignored the "no soliciting" sign that is clearly posted by the doorbell. I will never do business with them thanks to their harassment.Renewal by Andersen of Omaha

I apologize on behalf of the entire Renewal by Andersen/Southard Corporation family. Typically once we receive the "stop the mail" or "stop the calls" request - the appropriate departments are notified and the communications stop. We can only control what is done locally, the national folks would need an separate request. I will email this customer to receive his address and phone number privately and I will make sure that his request is carried through. Again I am sorry this has happened!
