    My experience working with Signal 88 Security was horrible and do not recommend working there. I was fired due to speaking against their unprofessional practices and lack communication. I reached out multiple times about issues that affected me, and it took a week if not longer to get a vague reply. I reached out about my DD it took 2 months to get it resolved due to their unavailability, reached out about my schedule change it took 5 days to get a rude reply from Tim, and it took 9 days to get a reply after sending multiple messages about a mandatory meeting held in a place I am currently banned from for a year due to me previously working there and my position there. Tim said that I should have come with a solution instead of just saying I could not make it which makes no sense because I do not know my options to fix the issue. I asked, "Would you like me to show up for your meeting and go to jail?" and he bypassed my question to complain that my schedule, that he agreed to, was not something he wanted to carry on with, which was approved by him. He did not ask questions to understand why but instead hurried me off the phone. Tim is very rude and chooses not to call the employees to gather information because he does not feel that it is necessary and that is very unprofessional. He says to reach out to them, him & Riley, but never answers the phone or reply to the texts in a respectable time. We do not have an HR, our chain of command is irrelevant when something is needed, and there is no clear leader to refer to for guidance. I do not understand fully what the issue was, but I have yet to receive a phone call to converse about anything in detail. Theres no accurate way to fix the issue I had without conversing with the owners, Tim & Riley, but they chose not to talk to me directly, in result I was terminated for my schedule change and not attending the meeting at a place I am trespassed at.

    Memphis location is horrible and very unprofessional. the trucks we ride in most of the are raggedy and don’t have air in them. They fire you for having a freedom of speech. you will be fired for no reason and they will lie on you.
