We got our driveway partially done in Nov 2022 and they never finished the driveway. I feel because of this the driveway is going back to the way it was by lifting up and cracking up. It was never caulked so the expansion joint is coming out. They were supposed to caulk. The phone numbers are not working and I have sent 3 emails with no response.

Omaha Mudjacking was hired to do a job in early November, 2022. Their equipment (foam gun) had a significant malfunction and ended up spraying foam all over our house. The crew was unable to finish the job and clean up that night as the sun had set and they couldn't see. They assured us they would be back the next day to clean up their huge mess as well as e-mail us a receipt which we have never received. We paid them in cash and have never seen them again. The foam has stained our siding, front doors, sconce lighting, and stone, and the excess concrete has not been cleaned off. Not to mention the mudjacking job was not completed properly or as expected. We have tried more than 10 times to call the company & the phone goes straight to voicemail and the vm box is full. I finally sent an email via their webpage demanding the owner call me and come out and get this resolved as we are nearing the time to involve a lawyer. I gave them a deadline of Nov. 18th to contact me. Finally several days after their deadline to contact me a project manager (not the owner as I requested) called and said he would be out on 11/28 to look at it and come up with a plan to correct everything. As of today, 12/2/2022 we've been calling and calling and he still hasn't shown up or answered our phone calls.
