    see attached Enclosed is the dispute the debt ($4360.00) because I know that the amount is wrong and no longer a debt for Ryan Lawn. See the enclosed documentation certified mailed to Ryan Lawn, 3/7/2024. Also, attached is a copy of the email to Ryan Lawn sent ?l&/2024 requesting Ryan Lawn NOT to send me to collections. To this end, I know they did not honor my request because here we are, so sad there's no more trust in the customer, even if it's written and certified mail. I also know Ryan Lawn did not let you know that they received the funds AND deposited my check on Wednesday, March 15, 2024. Note, to date I have NOT received the certified mail green postcard back either, so disappointing in such a well-known company in the greater Kansas City, Missouri area. So, as soon as possible, and before April 25, 2024, please clear my referral to your office and send a letter that states this issue/dispute is resolved and closed. I would appreciate this response for my records

    The account was invoiced at the time of service, we sent statements at 30, 60 and 90 days past due. The account was emailed on 2/5 re the overdue balance, texted on 2/6 and called on 2/2, 2/9/, 2/12, 2/14, and 2/20. There was a letter mailed in February stating that the account would go to collections on 3/8 if not paid. On 3/8 the account was turned over to collections and they started mailing letters to the customer regarding the debt. We received payment on 3/11 and posted it to the account and notified the collections agency and removed the account from collections as they were now current. 

    The debt was 152 days past due by the time it was eventually paid and there had been numerous attempts to collect that payment without any resolution until 3/11. 

    As far as Ryan Lawn and Tree is concerned this matter is resolved.

    The backflow permit has been issued by the City of Kansas City Missouri, see attached. There is no other city requirement for permit or inspection, all requirements have been met.

    Hi BBB thanks for your assistance so sorry it didn't get me a Ryan Lawn receipt nor a valid response that the collection agency, Ryan fraudulently referred me to has not put a negative blemish on my credit. Yes, I'll move on to the ******* and hope that an agency supported by consumer funds helps the consumer, not fold to the company.
