    We have used Fred’s Heating and Air for 10 plus years and have always had great service. This repair was excellent. Extremely quick service especially for an emergency repair, and the service representative was super helpful and friendly. Fred’s without a doubt will always be our go to company for any heating or air conditioning needs.

    We've used Fred's for AC replacement, last minute New Year's Eve service calls, and regular maintenance. We've always had a positive experience. Their service technicians have always been prompt, friendly, and willing to answer all of our questions. D******, the most recent technician we worked with on a routine maintenance call, was truly top notch. He reached out ahead of time, arrived early in our scheduled window, was meticulous in his work, and was, quite frankly, one of the friendliest people we've had the opportunity to meet. If possible, we will definitely request him in the future. Thanks, Fred's.
