    ON 12/02/22 I NOTICED MY EVERGREENS WERE DAMAGED ON MY BUSINESS PROPERTY. SO WENT TO MY SECURITY CAMERAS (11-19-22) AND SEEN WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE THE OWNER OF DREFS TREE SERVICE (JOHN) USING A SKID LOADER WITH A BUCKET LEVELING THE POT HOLES IN THE ROCK PARKING LOT NEXT TO MY BUSINESS. HE DECIDED TO USE HIS BUCKET TO PUSH THE OVERHANGING EVERGREEN BRANCHES INTO MY PROPERTY AND BREAKING THEM AT THE CORE OF THE PLANT. ALSO KNOCKED ONE TIE OUT OF PLACE ON THE TIE WALL AND SCRAPED A COUPLE OF TIES. PLUS ROCK FROM THE GRADING WAS IN THE MULCH AND ONE VERY SMALL CEDAR TREE WAS BROKE IN HALF. HE CAME OUT AFTER HE WAS CAUGHT RED HANDED TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND UNFORTUNATE IT TURNED OUT TO BE NOT A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I TALKED ABOUT TAKING HIM TO COURT TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE AND HE SAID IT WON'T BE THE FIRST TIME. IT DOESN'T SURPRISE ME.

    I would leave a 0 stars if I could. This company did tree removal at our house, extensively damaged our fence and lawn and left without telling us. Horrible communication led to them coming out 2 weeks later and trying to 'fix' the damage and yet another horrible job done by them. I stated they did not have permission to do the fence since they are not a fencing company and I did not want seed thrown. I wanted grass put back in all the places they extensively damaged it. I was told by the owner he didn't care what I wanted and that he was going to do what he wanted. I had to threaten with calling law enforcement if he did not leave my property. The owner then accused me of insurance fraud and I've never filed a claim a day in my life! After telling him several times he wasn't doing certain work in my property, he still continued to do work. I have camera with audio on all corners of my house and have everything recorded. I have asked 4 times now for proof of insurance and have yet to see it. Horrible stressful experience!!
