    Date of Transaction: Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 Amount of Money paid to the business: $1029.00.Business committed to provide me: Process a bull into ground beef.Nature of the Dispute: A quality issue with the ground beef. AB meats of Killdeer, ** were negligent in their trimming which resulted in stringy sinew, tendon particles, and arterial material to be ground into my beef.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the issue: I called AB Meats on the 22nd of Feb. to inform of them of my dissatisfaction of the product. The owner, *****, told me to try a couple more packages of beef and see if they were of the same poor quality. He assured me at that time that AB Meats would make it right with me. I complied with ******* request and tried a couple more packages of the ground beef. Subsequently, they were of the same low quality. I called to share my findings, but ***** was out of the shop that day and I was told he would contact me Friday March 1st. I never received a call back! I have called numerous times (6 to be exact) since only to get the answering machine. Several of those times I left a message with a call back number.

    Yes I had spoken with ***** and told her to try a couple more packages and if they were unsatisfactory I would correct the issue. Unfortunately, my 10 yr. daughter had surgery on the 28th of February and has had several post op issues since. I have been in and out of the shop and have not returned her phone call. As I stated in the phone call with *****, If they were still unsatisfied I would correct the issue;  I just have not had the chance to do so. This week I have not been in the shop due to having the Flu. Since this is also getting sent to *****, I will give you a call once I get back to the shop either tomorrow (Friday March 22) or on Monday March 25. I do not have an issue giving you a refund and I am sorry that I haven't been able to address this issue.
