    This company did not do its due diligence to research the property they were taking over, and then proceeded to tell tenants that they couldn't fix things because they hadn't known what they were taking on. They have refused to schedule plumbers to fix the multiple leaks that exist in the property I live in, have done nothing to fix or replace our broken washers and dryers (for two buildings with 20+ units) for months, did not hire a care taker for months, had no snow removal service for half the winter, and have sent illegal eviction letters to multiple tenants (one tenant was told to move into a different unit until the water damage was fixed (they told the tenant it would be done in 3 days, they are still in the secondary apartment 6 months later because nothing has been fixed), and then this person received an 'eviction letter' via certified mail. She received this letter well AFTER her bank had already posted the rent check to ****). This company does not care about the tenants, does not care about the properties it is managing. After sending a letter to state they will no longer be our management company at the end of the month they disconnected the phone numbers they had provided to tenants, and they still had two weeks to act as property management to our property. Avoid their properties if you can.
