  I have been in business for 40+ years and have never had an experience like this: This company does not answer phone calls - requested a refund because of this. How can a company like this be in business? They set up stalls at various shows across the US, get a "non-refundable" deposit and then don't answer calls. What if permits do not go through? All townships are different how could you verify if the customer will in fact get permitting? What if warranty work is needed and need your help to resolve? It is unfair to the consumer who took trust in you. From the look of their setup at a show I thought I was dealing with a big, well reputable company. In fact the complete opposite. They do not mention you have to use pre approved vendors to set up the building that ask ridiculous pricing that was never mentioned on the show floor. Their response was you can set it up yourself - how is one to put together such a large building when it was advertised as free delivery? These are not small components. Several complaints on here as well as Google that reflect the same situation that I am in. I don't even believe they manufacture these in house they are just a front for another company that actually manufactures/delivers these in pieces. I have never gone out of my way to leave a review like this but BBB needs to take action and hopefully someone reading this will save themselves time and money. Why not refund your customers that do not even have your product? If you sell a good product and provide good communication/service it will sell on its own, why hold someones honest money? Very wrong - you will not be in business long with this "legacy" that you are "building"

  If I could give less than a star, I would. Do Not use Legacy Buildings of Fargo, ND. Ron H (National Sales Manager) took our deposit August 2023. It is now April 2024 and we cannot seem to get our building delivered or even a response to our calls and texts anymore. Gary (no last name given-General Manager) doesn't have the decency to get on a phone to work out the problem. Kim that answers the phone is rude and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. When she did answer the phone she said it was the delivery group that is causing the issue, but would not provide the contact information for the group. She said she didn't even know Gary's last name or the county their business is in. Sounds shady and a total scam. We have asked for our money back and have been ghosted on the topic.
