    I took my tax information to this company in February of this year. I was told that they would have to finish the tax prep for the farmers they serve first and I agreed. I started calling them in March asking if my taxes were done. I sent numerous texts to the person doing my taxes and she either didn't respond or told me she would call me back. On April 14, 2023 I called the fourth time and was assured they were working all night and would let me know what my tax responsibility would be. I repeatedly told them that I would probably have to transfer some money to pay the tax. As of today I still have not heard anything. Today is April 15. I know that taxes are not due until the 18th but I always have paid my taxes early! This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional in my opinion. I asked about filing an extension but was told they were going to have them done.

    Taxpayer did bring in her tax documents in a timely manner. We try to get everyone's tax return done before the deadline, but that does not always happen. I explained to Taxpayer in our last text message exchange that I was not able to get them completed by the deadline and would need to extend the tax return. This was not acceptable to Taxpayer, so I told Taxpayer they could come and pick up their tax information so that they may go elsewhere to complete the process. Taxpayer picked up the original documents.  When Clients drop off their tax information, we do our best to get all of them done, but sometimes we will have to get an extension.
