    On 10/23/2024 i went to this business for my regular eye exam. My prescription changed so I gave them my old frames which I purchased back in 2023 to replace the lens with the new prescription. I was not given a time frame on when they'd be ready. I hadn't heard from them in 2 weeks so I called on Thursday November 7th to see if there were any updates. I was told over the phone that they would be ready the following Tuesday. I did not receive a call or any updates, so I called them again on November 13th. I could not get in contact with anyone at this location, I was sent to their call center and all they said was that someone would call me back. I never received a call back. I then went to visit their office in person on the same day November 13th and the door was locked and the office was closed. Someone came to the door when I knocked and let me in but they told me they were closed due to plumbing issues, however no one reached out to let their clients know about the situation. She then told me that my glasses were likely "on a Fed Ex or *** truck somewhere" but could not provide me a tracking number or an estimated date of arrival. She told me that they had not been in the office and therefore could not received packages. It seems that more than likely my glasses are lost somewhere or were sent back due to too many failed delivery attempts. I have not received any communication or updates since November 13th despite multiple attempts at contacting them. If you attempt to call their office number there is no one there to answer. If I am not able to receive the glasses I paid for i would like to have my $239.00 refunded.

    They finally got in contact with me and I received my glasses.
