  On February 15, 2023, Three men riding in a Triad Tree Trimmers truck were riding down my street going very slow then turned around. and came to with me about my tree. I told him a guy just left with an estimate for $3000 to cut the tree down. I refused. I asked him how much would he charge to cut off all the limbs over my driveway and over my house. He said if I do it today it would be $1200. I inquired again I wanted all of it off from the top, and he said he could do it. It took longer than that day and not much was cut down and he asked if he could come back tomorrow and if I would allow him to keep his tools here, and I said yes. The next day they came back late, they had a problem with the truck and had to be fixed. They cut off more limbs and were trying to leave as if it was completed. I said this is not done and reminded him of what he verbally promised to me and my neighbor ***** who would verify this conversation. The limbs are still far reaching over my driveway and over the house and I only have a ranch After much talking, he said he would be back on the 22nd of February to finish the job and again put a note on my receipt that he would come back and I paid him reluctantly the other $600 in cash. Jordan, who was the main person working and climbing and cutting and signing the contract, He never showed, never called, and refuse to respond to my text /phone calls. Jordan appeared very pleasant and respectful, but I suppose that makes a good con artist. I am requesting my full refund of $1200 for a shotty job and an incomplete job. I will have to contract another tree service to do the job. They also busted my porch lamp in which my neighbor ***** pointed out to me and I addressed them,and they denied it looking, "I didn't see anything hit it" I will report him to the State Attorney in his state because he has the nerve to come out of his county to our county and rip people off.I feel back I refered this company to them.   I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

  I did hear from Jordan on March 19,2023 he sent me a text after I texted and called on March 4 stating I moved all the vehicles out of the way to do what you said you were going to do today. As our agreement, I came home to see nothing was done again, nor called me or left text message.  I told him you leave me no choice but to do what I have to do.I have to do to get what I need done.  I mentioned in text you can give me back the $1200 and I will get someone else to do or I will take you to court. I told him I went on his word and my expectation was that you honored.  If I don't hear from you, you will be receiving court documents 

   On the 18th o March Jordan responded to me that he apologize for the inconvience and delay in responding, that he was not trying to make excuses but have been dealing with Family emergency for the past 3 weeks taking care of his Aunt who is in hospital with a stroke due to blood clot after having heart surgery and now she is having bad brain complications and seizures and apologizes for the inconvenience. I then did reply to him that I was sorry for his Aunt and understand,I told him I filed with BBB and was going to file with Attorney General in his area if nothing is done. I told him it is never my intentions to hurt anyone business, I told him I have compassion for what he was doing in respect of his Aunt. 

  It is now April 6 and no communication again. I have saved all the text that transpired when needed. too much to  for this comment box

  We completed everything that we discussed with the customer, we even went back the next day and took more limbs off to make sure she was happy, and we ever dropped the price from 1200 to 800 because of the misunderstanding about how the limbs would be cut over the driveway, she thought the whole side of the tree would be removed in a straight line over her driveway, we were under the impression that everything was fine after we completed the work and collected the payment, and we had a radiator house bust on the way to her house that morning and it put us about an hour behind, we dont collect money until the job is completed and she paid us when we were finished and she said she was happy with everything, also I believe she was unset that we finished up in one day
