    Purchased from this company a year ago and ok. This time went back in prior purchase email. Clicked on item to repurchase. I purchased 5 (2 packs) once received i realized was wrong size sent and also was only 3 (2 packs) I reached out to company and they insisted I received all 5. 5 packs would have never even fit in the pckg they sent me. They stated I could return for refund. But how when I'm missing filters. Also they wanted to charge me shipping back and restocking fee. Not going to do this. Now I have 3 ( 2 packs) of filters i can't use bc they are too small and out of $50. **************** was very rude and blamed me for ordering wrong size. They did not seem professional on any level. I will never order from this company again. After all of this I looked at other reviews and other customers have had similar experience with not receiving correct amount of product. Someone needs to stop this company from scamming people.would give no stars if I could
