    The company never completed a contracted job. I paid ****** for a consultation, and was told if I agree to move forward with them the amount would be applied to my overall total. I decided to give them my business. I paid a ****** deposit and I was told that it will take about 12 weeks due to them being a small family own business. I had no problem with that. However, overtime *************************, Designer/office manager, became less and less responsive. I would send her messages and she would go days without responding or would need to be prompted to respond. I was given a date of when my project would be completed and was told that pictures would be sent to me along the way. However, none of this happened!! No updates, no communication, no pictures, no service was rendered. I paid my money and it has been nothing but radio silence. I allowed a ***** in my personal space to come out to my home to do a consultation. It's a complete feeling of violation!!!! I would have never thought that she was a scammer. I have sent multiple messages advising her that we need to have a conversation as I want my money back. The integrity of the business is not one I wish to do business with any longer. I want a refund and will do what is necessary to get my money back. You can't keep scamming people out of their hard earn money. Changing your company name has to be exhausting. Do right by people and you can live in peace!!! You can't be bless doing what you are doing.

    Never completed our contracted job. And left a half completed built in. Said theyd come complete about once a month for the last 7 months and then never would show and then would schedule another month out. Now I have to hire someone else to complete the job.

    This business is now operating under another name. They planned to do a kitchen renovation for us, and never completed or started the job. We are still trying to get our money returned. It has been almost a year. We have been given numerous reasons for the failure to complete, and we have gone so far as to set up a payment plan for them to return the taken funds. They have recently defaulted on that. They also have renamed their business. I would highly not recommend getting involved with doing business with ************************* or her husband business partner *************** Lockhart. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
