    The transaction was for an online course, which was advertised as having instructor-led live classes. Due to the fact that the course does not match what I was expecting when I paid for it, and I had no way of knowing exactly what it would be before paying, and the fact that I have stopped the course after only one class session, I find it unreasonable that they can not provide a significant or a full refund. It’s an online course and no resources were spent on their part, I had no interaction with any kind of instructor at all, and I quit the course after the first week. For these reasons I believe my refund should be issued.
